We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your services and any requested and agreed upon revisions to request and recieve a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must first have reviewed the produced service, demonstrated and communicated the aspects of dissatisfaction, requested and recieved revisions for the service (should revisions be a desired action by you, the client), and finally been unsatisfied with the additional revisions, should they be applicable. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase, depending on the amount of the refund requested. Merrigold Financials withholds the right to terminate any order or revision request and issue a blanket refund to terminate any agreement or contracted transaction. Revisions are not unlimited and may not be abused. It is at the complete descretion of our agents, when our revision policy has been violated and when a blanket or partial refund should be issued instead of further services rendered. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, unsatisfactory, or if you receive the wrong finished product, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right and guarentee your satisfaction. Refund Process Communication

We will notify and communicate with you throughout the revision and refund process, to ensure we conclude all services in satisfactory fashion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, depending on the requested refund amount.
