WHAT SOFTWARE PACKAGES ARE USED?
At Merrigold, we prefer to keep our solutions within Python and Excel, as they are the easiest for clients to understand and learn to implement. The software packages we use in our Python solutions include: Pandas Numpy Scipy Tensorflow-/-Keras MatPlotLib SkLearn Math Random TlCor Stats
DO YOU SHARE THE SOURCE CODE FOR THE FINISHED PROJECT?
Depending on the project, Merrigold is more than willing to share the source code of our solutions to allow clients to automate future datasets of the same shape! Some projects, such as our forecasting offerings, would reveal too many of Merrigold's proprietary internal practices to share the project's source code, however: so not all projects are eligible for source code sharing, and this is often discussed and agreed upon when an offer is being worked out between Merrigold and a prospective client.
DO YOU PROVIDE LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS? OR CONTRACT WORK?
Merrigold has worked with previous clients to provide periodic and regular outputs for a single project over an extended period, and are more than willing to do so in the future with the right projects and the right clients! So don't let extended timelines stop you from asking for a project quote.
WHAT ARE MERRIGOLD'S WARRANTIES FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?
On every project, Merrigold guarantees satisfaction by offering necessary revisions until the project is completed, based the specifications of the agreement reached by the client and Merrigold. And with each project, the attending Merrigold representative will regularly guarantee satisfaction with a promise of a percentage of money-back if a client is dissatified with the finished project.
